Any open credit accounts should be current and in good condition. Negative credit history may result in denial or co-signer requirement. 14) Photo ID/SS#: Valid government photo ID and social security number is required of all applicants. 15) Fees/Deposits: In Seattle tenants are allowed, should they choose, to pay the security deposit, pet deposit, move-in fees, and any last month's rent in installments. For a 1 year lease it's a 6 consecutive month installment plan, unless otherwise agreed to by tenant and landlord. 16) Co-signers: Any co-signer should have 5x the monthly rent amount. Proof of rental history or mortgage history in good condition of at least 1 year. Proof of 2 years of current/previous employment. Any credit accounts will be in good condition for 2 years. Bankruptcy will result in denial.
