Cozy 1 Bedroom, 1 bath basement Apt. It actually gets a good amount of light, doesn't feel too basementy. Cable and internet comes with that price. Low utilities. HVAC, hardwood floors, washer dryer stack, renoed bathroom. Place is about 750 square feet or so. Parking is 'on' street, but if you needed to use the driveway sporadically, we'll work it out.
