Wow, where do we start with this old house beauty!? Located just North of the City of Pittsburgh (easiest direction to get in/out of the city traffic wise) in Avalon, 837 was rescued from despair. When you pull into your off-street parking you can enter the house from the front covered porch or rear covered porch. Enjoy watching the rain come down on those hot summer days while swinging on the covered porch swing. Bbq out back on the covered rear porch. Wake up then head out onto your master deck while wiping enjoying a cup of joe. You want a usable deck? Chester has it! LOL. Back in the house we have a large living space & formal dining room with high ceilings. We didn't forget that all important main floor partial bath. You have GOT TO SEE the brand new gray & white kitchen...YUM! The ONLY thing better than the kitchen is the en-suite bathroom Do not take it from me, check out the pix!!! Lastly but certainly not least, the flat, usable yard. Build a garage if you want!
