The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. This unit is on the first floor, but you will have to go up several steps to get to the first floor. The apartment is designed with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring you have everything you need to feel at home. It features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Street parking is available, but parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Tourist spots, coffee shops, and bars are near the property, including the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, Roosevelt Row, and the Phoenix Convention Center. The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue and Van Buren Street Station, located about 0.7 miles from the property. From there, you can walk, take a taxi, or use a ride-sharing service to reach the address. If you prefer to bike, you can find bike lanes and bike-friendly streets in the area. The complex is a non-smoking area, and a $700 fine may apply for violations. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not use the fireplace for safety purposes. A late check-out fee of $100 applies for every additional hour beyond 11:20 PM. Please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees to avoid potential damage to the unit. A fee will apply for any damage, repairs, or replacements.
