This is a beautiful Twin Home located in Northeast Orem, Utah, just off 800 East. It is a gem in the heart of one of Utah County's most desired residential areas. It is just 5 miles from BYU and it is close to shopping, schools, and churches. It is secluded on a culdesac of similar, beautiful homes developed and built together in 2010. The house features many quality and luxury upgrades including a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, deluxe wood flooring with tile accents, built in sound speakers throughout, upgraded electrical including separate dimmer and fan switches, upgraded tile and stone trim throughout, and 9 1/2 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor. A half bath is found just off the entrance and family room areas on the main floor. The spacious master suite with a full bath, large walk in closet, including laundry, are all on the main floor. The large finished basement features 8 1/2 foot ceilings. In the basement we find two bedrooms, a full bath with split double sinks and vanities, a large family room with an entertaining kitchenette, a "kids playhouse" under the stairs, and a "man cave" theater room. A storage and utility room contains two water heaters.
The HOA provides lawn care, snow removal, and street maintenance.
A glass door from the kitchen leads into a small but lovely backyard and porch area. Also, a door from the family room steps out onto a covered outdoor deck. The two car garage is also finished. The "twin home" design provides a very tall roof over the garage which makes for a very large attic for deep storage.
We have a new, independent, June 2025 appraisal at $900,000. This is attributable to recent comparable sales and the quality and upgrades throughout. As such we offer the home at $ 899,000. We are prepared to entertain offers.

What the owner loves about this home
The house is beautiful and comfortable. Just being there, in the home, or on the property brings a feeling of beauty, safety and peace. The theater room has been awesome! No better place to watch movies, performances, or sports. The basement kitchenette, located just outside the theater room offers food, beverages, popcorn, and snacks. It is maybe the best place to watch a BYU football game (except maybe if you have tickets to Lavell Edwards Stadium.)
The house is quality. It is beautiful. And, so it is with the entire neighborhood. It is one of those streets where you find neighbors out walking and visiting - greeting one another. The entire street was developed and built by a couple that built their own home directly across the street from this house. This means the builder/developer was building his own neighborhood. This made for an attitude and focus on quality construction, beautiful finishes, and amenities. At the end of the culdesac we find a small common area mini park with a pavilion and play area for kids. We have had many parties with our kids, grand kids, and great grandkids. And, the neighbors are good, caring people. One neighbor commented that the neighborhood itself is a strong selling point for this house. She is right about that! At 15 years the neighborhood is mature, and safe, with mature landscaping, and mature neighbors. The street was recently refinished. It looks really good. This is still a very desirable neighborhood - still on the upswing. It is a neighborhood that will remain viable and desirable for many decades to come. New residents can invest here in confidence. That is what I like about this beautiful home.
