    About 1,500 square feet. Build about 13 years ago and well built. Newer 4 bedroom and two full baths. Master Bdrm is medium-sized. Other Bdrms are on the smaller side. Large walk-in closet for the master. It will be very clean. Great front and back porches to relax on. Garden space available. The backyard needs landscaping. Front yard landscaping will be done by this summer or fall. Tenant is responsible for yard care when front yard landscaping is done. Automatic sprinkler system and irrigation water for part of the year. Fenced backyard. Roomy kitchen with upgraded refrigerator. Evaporative cooler. There is room an RV. Two-car garage, insulated and heated. The laundry room is off the hallway, with hookups, small but functional. Natural gas boiler heat, and evaporative cooling. A lot of the yard water is from the irrigation ditch and paid for by HOA dues (landlord pays HOA dues).. Tenant pays all utilities, city water, waste, phone, cable etc. Great vegetable or flower garden possibility. Nice finishes throughout the house but nothing fancy. Very quiet neighborhood with 85% owner-occupied. Pets are possible. 5 min walk to downtown Palisade. 5 min drive to I-70. 3 min. walk to River Bend Park. There is a $30 application fee rent is $1950 per month + utilities, city water, and waste (utilities are much more affordable than many neighborhoods up and down the valley :). To take occupancy, the tenant must pay first, last, + $2000 cleaning and damage deposit and a $300 cleaning fee if three or more occupants. Please let me know if you have any questions.
