Welcome to Marina Towers #108, located at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. There is lush tropical foliage and landscaping, and from the balcony the view to the east includes the back bay. Please note there is a monthly minimum. Arrival at the resort is facilitated by luggage carts and clothes trolley provided at the secure entry to the building. An assigned parking space is available. Before boarding the elevator a glance around shows a very nicely furnished lobby area with high ceilings surrounded by the indoor balcony of the next floor up. An elevator will take you to the first floor above ground level overlooking the lobby below, with carpeted room with two game tables to the right of the elevator, and then the entrance to the condo is just down a carpeted and air conditioned hallway to the left from the elevator. Guests at Marina Towers enjoy having Estero Bay and Big Carlos Pass in their own backyard from the pool and spa area, and you can watch the dolphins play and boats drift past to and from the Gulf. There is a wide sandy beach across the street on the Gulf of Mexico, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. There is a clubhouse lanai and pool to relax by, with sauna and some fitness equipment. Kayaking, fishing, and boating activities are just a few of the things to do at this lovely resort. The beach trolley stops out front on Estero Blvd., and your destination can either be heading north to The Pier and Times Square, or south to the nearby 1700 acre state beach called Lover's Key. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Relax on your own quiet, private balcony. Entry into #108 is into the furnished foyer with closet. There is tile flooring throughout except for wood flooring in the bedrooms. The layout is not your usual cookie-cutter condo, making the initial impression one of comfort, spaciousness, brightness, and complete functionality. A split floor plan is in play here, with dining room, living room, kitchen and breakfast room in the center, while the guest room and bath are on the right, and the master bedroom and bath are on the left. There is a screened in furnished balcony off the master bedroom, breakfast room, and living room which will no doubt be one of the focal points of your stay. The guest bath has tile flooring, a tub/shower combination, commode, and tiled vanity with lavatory and ample drawer and cabinet space, with full wall mirror above the vanity. The adjacent guest bedroom has wood flooring with an area rug, a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, desk with lamp, triple dresser with wall mirror, corner Eames style leather chair with ottoman, and large walk-in closet. The window in here overlooks the rear of the resort property. The spacious dining and living area features tray ceiling in the dining room, an oval wood dining table with six upholstered chairs, as well as buffet with two lamps, and large wall mirror. The living area has an expanded ceiling, and is most comfortably furnished with a large sofa, coffee table on an area rug, and end tables with lamps. At each end of the sofa and end tables are matching overstuffed leather chairs. Opposite the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV, and the living area then spills out through large sliding glass doors onto the screened in balcony overlooking the lush tropical grounds of the resort. The balcony is nicely furnished with cushioned sofa and end tables, as well as lounge chair and cocktail table. Walking back through the living area we come to a hallway to the right, with separate laundry room with stacked washer and dryer on the left, and kitchen and breakfast room to the right. This fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops with granite back splash, flowing into the breakfast room with round glass-top table with four upholstered chairs, which continues to flow out through sliding glass doors to the well furnished screened in balcony. Kitchen appliances include double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in above-range microwave. There is a European style double stainless steel sink with disposal. Just off the hallway to laundry room and kitchen is the entrance to the master bedroom suite. Upon entry, to the left is the spacious bathroom with tile flooring and nicely tiled shower with glass wall and glass door, commode, and vanity and lavatory, also with full wall mirror above the vanity. There is an adjacent linen closet, then the spacious bedroom with access door to the enclosed balcony. Large windows afford a nice view of the lush tropical grounds. There is a king size bed, two night stands and lamps, a triple dresser with mirror, a double dresser, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and another corner Eames style leather chair with ottoman. Furthermore in this rambling master suite is another dressing area with mirrored door closet, tiled vanity with lavatory, as well as separate walk-in closet. On site amenities include a bay side swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, saunas and locker rooms, shuffleboard courts, bay side clubhouse with game room, pool table, library, fitness equipment, and barbecue grills. In addition Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Utilities and internet are included in the rental price. Application fee of $150. Due with deposit. Cleaning fee of $200. Paid in first month's rent. No pets allowed. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony and must be in the outside areas, away from the complex. Available May 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021. May-October 2021 $3500/month November-December 2021 $4500 2022 months available are April-December. Jan-March 2022 are already rented.
