Minimal walking is required from private parking space to elevator, to unit. The pool is adjacent to our building and the boardwalk is literally 12 feet to the sand. This unit and its grounds are ideal for anyone who has trouble with long distant walking. Unpack you suitcase into a huge walk-in closet and slip into a relaxed stay at Island's End Unit 601. Here you will find your "Great Winter Escape". This sunny, super clean and easy-breezy karma unit delights far beyond it's 4 walls. Watch the boats and ski jets pass under Big Carlos in route to the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy a beach day a mere 30 yards from the modern elevator, take a dip in the heated pool complete with clean white chaise lounge chairs, or stroll the quite white sand beach at sunrise or sunset. The accommodations are so pleasant there is no need to go beyond the unit, grounds and it's private-feel beach unless you really want to! But if you seek hustle-and-bustle (and traffic) locally you will find Mercato (mercatoshops.com) and Waterside Shops (watersideshops.com) only 20 minutes away while nostalgic Naples Downtown is a mere 40 minutes away on 41S with endless shopping and haunts for foodies. South West Florida's Fort Myers weather is like July in New England. Sunny, 85 degrees and not a raindrop in sight. This condo is on the Bonita Springs border- which offers an upscale, professional, relaxed atmosphere unlike its more Northern Fort Myers Beach party/spring break neighbors. On premise laundry makes for a happy vacationer during your stay because most of us have long forgotten our laundry mat years and have no desire to revisit!
