I installed a zoned system for the bonus living so the bonus living room has its own heating and cooling system and thermostat. 12. I have replaced all of the interior and exterior can lights with energy efficient LED bulbs. 13. The double car garage door opener was recently replaced with a new motor that can be operated with an apt on any smart phone. 14. I installed custom cabinets in the garage about five years ago. 15. I installed string lights to the west side facia that wrap around the home and cover the facia to the backyard pool area that are controlled by a switch at the electrical panel. 16. I recently replaced the pool vacuum and hose. 17. I recently had the pool tiles cleaned to remove some light calcium buildup. 18. Mini blinds have recently been replaced in all three guest bedrooms.
