The house has a bunch of energy-efficient stuff, too. Your dad will finally approve of your life choices when you tell him that this house has a new water heater, solar screens, dishwasher (that's legit quiet btw), blown-in insulation, and a high-efficiency 16-seer air conditioning system for cheaper utility bills. Which is good, because you're responsible for those. You'll pay for internet, too. Hate mowing and weed eating? Me too - my allergies are bad enough without following a machine chopping up pollen. Don't worry - that's covered. Quarterly pest control is also included by D Lee Pest Control - the best in the area. By now, you're probably asking yourself, when can I move in? It's available starting December 15th, but you haven't even heard the best part.
