Tenant insurance with minimum liability coverage of $100,000 is required prior to move-in Application & Screening Process
All application fees, deposits, and move-in payments must be paid via certified funds (cashier's check or money order). No personal checks or promissory notes accepted.
Before scheduling a showing, each person 18 or older who will live in the unit must submit their own online application.
Screening steps:
1. Submit your completed application with a unique email and phone number, a photo ID, proof of income, bank statements verifying funds, and any required supporting documents.
2. Applications are reviewed in the order they're received. Incomplete applications will be canceled.
3. Once your application is complete and you're first in line, you'll receive an email invitation to schedule an in-person showing (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
4. At the showing, a $50 non-refundable application screening fee per applicant is due via certified funds to continue processing. No fee is charged if you decide not to proceed.
5. Once the fee is paid, a full background check will be conducted.
6. If approved, you'll have 24 hours to pay the deposit to hold the unit and sign the Deposit to Hold agreement.
Tenant is responsible for Water and electricity. Landlord will pay Garbage, Gardening.
