Renter is responsible for yard maintenance, and utilities including electric and trash. We can have the yard mowed for you for an additional $50 per mowing. We will bill you an additional $50 per month for water/sewage or can add it to the monthly rent. LATE FEE: If your rent is late, we will charge you a daily late fee until it is paid.
