A refundable $6000 security deposit will be added to cover gas consumption for the pool and spa heater. The $2000 Festival Fee is charged per festival weekend. If your rental period includes one weekend, it's $2000, if 2 weekends it's $4000, if all three weekends in April it's $6000. All other months this fee does not apply.
