We are on a heavily wooded .85 acre pond lot. The pond is 4 acres and we are on the higher elevation (30+ feet building pad to water line) side. The house has a southern exposure. The total square footage is 3,750 sf with finished sf of approximately 3,200 sf. This was a great neighborhood to raise our child. Many younger families with small children have moved in of recent. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
