It is 2.5 miles from the Brown campus, and .3 miles from a farmers market that runs Saturday mornings between 9 am and 1 pm. Along with Farm fresh and pepared foods, there numerous artisans that also have booths. There is also a very nice library that has shelves of good books for sale at $1.00 apiece a short distance away. The building is owned by a conscientious landlord who believes in doing the necessary upkeep.
