The apartment is the second and third floors of an owner occupied two family house in Bloomfield, NJ in a quiet neighborhood. It is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat in kitchen, bonus space on the third floor that is currently being used as the living room/extra storage, and plenty of street parking. You will have your own private room (not furnished) and share the bathroom and kitchen. It is affordable, close to the train/bus, and easy commute to local colleges such as Bloomfield College, Montclair State University, Kean University, Caldwell College, etc. Landlord takes care of snow removal and yard maintenance. Your rent would be $625/month plus sharing the cost of electric and cable/internet which should be about $50-$130 month for your share, depending on time of the year. Other utilities are included such as water and gas. Renter is responsible for the shared cost of electric + cable/internet. Pets are negotiable and ideally, they are small, quiet and well behaved. Background and credit check are required. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the property
