Ocean Walk Resort has the most amenities of any complex on the island and a really great group of owners too! Short term rentals are allowed and Ocean Walk is a very popular complex for families wanting to enjoy all that this wonderful island has to offer. Two pools, tennis, small fitness center, playground, stocked lake, great outdoor areas for families to enjoy. O-1 townhome is very close to the back pool but also in an area of the complex that is very quiet and has a beautiful lawn area right off of the patio. Downstairs room can be used as a 3rd bedroom, bath in the downstairs has been really updated and enlarged. The jack and jill bathroom upstairs has both a tub and a separate shower. Very well done and top of the line. Easy access from the parking area, great light in the unit from all of the windows. The patio is great for morning coffee, sunbathing or dining. Pool gate is across the street from this unit so easy access to the pool area too.
