We are developing this house as a co-op living situation, aiming for around 4-5 people total, meaning that housemates will be sharing some food/meals, and household goods, with the idea of living communally together. The house is 4BR 2Ba and total rent is $5,750. The available rooms will be between $1,250 - 1,800 depending on whether we leave one room as a group art/guest room. We are aiming for 5 people total. One bedroom is available furnished with a full sized bed, bedside table, and lamp. Communal spaces are furnished but can accommodate a few pieces if you are moving with furniture. Year long lease ends in August, no smoking, no more large pets allowed (already have two total). Additional $100 fee for parking permit. Utilities range from $100-200 per person per month. Very responsive maintenance team. This property is within a National Park Site, so there are some additional restrictions such as no planting directly in the ground outside. It's in a gorgeous natural area and there are a ton of wildlife, including hawks, coyotes, and butterflies.
