It is conveniently located in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland in walking distance of MacArthur BART, Temescal's trendy shops & restaurants, two grocery stores, and a great Sunday farmers market. Easy street parking and access to public transit. 3 mile bike or bus ride to UC Berkeley. 25 minutes to downtown San Francisco by car or transit. Our place features an updated open floor plan with tons of sunlight and 1,400+ sq ft. of space. Includes an entry way, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms and separate office space (this can set up to be a 3rd bedroom). Hardwood floors throughout. The fully equipped enormous kitchen was recently remodeled with updated appliances, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Access to a small backyard shared with the downstairs neighbors is negotiable with longer term stay. Flexible start date any time after March 1, term can be from 1-12 months.
