Welcome to your retreat at Marine Villas Hollywood, a newly renovated studio apartment perfect for a relaxing getaway. This spacious studio features a king-size bed and a cozy sitting area, ideal for unwinding with a good book. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site laundry room and explore the outdoors with our garden BBQ, bikes for boardwalk rides, and even surfboards for the adventurous. Each apartment is equipped with a smart TV for entertainment on those rare rainy days. The maximum occupancy for the studio is two persons, and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours on Hollywood Beach are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms, and smoking is only permitted outside if it does not disturb other guests. A cleaning charge of at least $100 may apply if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $25 cleaning charge. Pets are not accepted, and a minimum $100 pet cleaning fee may be charged if a pet is found in the room. Service dogs are welcome but must be with you at all times. Only one parking spot is allowed per apartment, with an optional $20 charge for extended parking after checkout, subject to availability.
