It has it's own entrance, private backyard access, which includes a deck, and a small second room that isn't quite big enough to be a bedroom, but would make a great office. It's just a few blocks from public transportation on 63rd St. Tenant pays gas (stove, heat and hot water), and electric. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs in our properties. First, Last and Security (three month's rent) are needed to move in and there is a $30 application fee for the first person applying and a $20 fee for any additional applicants.
