- Landlord is responsible for garbage services that are included in rent covering the cost of a 20 gallon cart. Larger carts are available at a cost to the renter monthly.
- Landlord will include landscaping services to maintain the yard in the monthly rent but it is up to the renter to keep the landscape watered during the summer months.
- Washer/Dryer is included in the rent. If the washer/dryer break it will be the responsiblity of the renter to pay for repairs.
- Renter is responsible for required utilities such as: Water/Sewer, Electricity and Natural Gas.
- Renter is responsible for any additional services such as: internet, television content providers, security etc.
