Hello I am subletting my 850 sq ft apartment, located in a quiet, nice area of Middleton. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities including washer/dryer in unit, a walk-in closet and covered underground parking. The monthly rent is 1137$ (electricity and gas does not come up to more than 80$ per month, additional) and the lease runs up to May 2020, extendable later. This apartment does not allow pets. The apartment complex is really nice, with a gym, pool, barbecue area and hosts social events often. I am not planning to take my furniture when I leave (which includes a couch, a bed in the living room, table, chairs, study desk with a chair, comfortable queen bed and chest of drawers) so would be more than willing to talk about leaving it behind for the new renter, for a negotiable prize. The only reason I am leaving is due to a job change, which would need me to move states. The apartment would be available starting 01Nov2019.
