We have a family emergency that we need to move out of our apartment ASAP. After speaking with our management, we will be working together with them in order to find a new tenant for our apartment. We are looking for someone to move in within the next two weeks. We are sad to have to leave the building and the area, but we have loved it here for the past year and a half! We live in a corner apartment 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the 2nd (Middle) floor. Our apartment comes with 2 assigned parking spaces (tandem). The building is pet friendly too, with cats and dogs (up to 25 pounds). We don't have any pets, but there are lots of them in the building! :) We live across the street from La Cienega Park and have found this area to be super convenient and walkable. We walk to The Beverly Center, Beverly Connection (City Target rocks!), Trader Joe's and even Beverly Drive if we feel ambitious. Our apartment is considered upgraded because it comes with all black appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen, and slate floors in the kitchen and bathroom area. The appliances include: • Refrigerator • Dishwasher • Wine fridge/cooler in kitchen • Gas Range • Microwave Even though our unit doesn't come with a washer and dryer in unit, there are washers and dryers on each floor, so three sets in total. We have never had a problem with waiting to wash our clothes here. Our building also has an on-site fitness center with cardio equipment and weights. The building and area in general are really safe, we have an intercom front entry lobby and gated subterranean parking with a key required to call the elevator. Pretty much an awesome find and has served us well for the past year and a half but now we have to quickly find a new tenant.
