We are in the process of updating , painting and refinishing the wood flooring throughout the house. Some of the updates being done are a ceramic tile shower area and new bathroom floor. We have also installed a ceramic backsplash above the kitchen sink and are installing a new vinyl plank flooring to the kitchen. The wood flooring throughout the house is in the process of being refinished and the house is being freshly painted. We anticipate the house being ready to be moved into by Sept 1st. We are looking for a 580 credit score and above with no bankruptcies, garnishments or evictions in their credit /background history. I run a credit/background search per applicant , which may include up to 2 or 3 people depending on the circumstances of the proposed tenants. The costs of the credit check is $55.00 per applicant. A rental reference , pay stubs or source of income is welcomed. The tenant is responsible for all utilities including the water bill from the City of Centerline
