There is a small yard and comfortable parking lot from the back entrance to the building. The apartment is dog and cat friendly, as long as your pet has good references and has been in the household for at least 2 months. There are many responsible pet owners in the building. There is a shared laundry room. Located just a short walk to downtown. We have local full-time management. We ask for landlord and employment reference checks, credit/background checks, as well as proof of income of 3x the monthly rent. Co-signers and proof of savings can be considered if you don’t qualify otherwise. First month, last month and security deposit of one month is due upon signing the lease.
