Cleaning is pending. PETS/Other Categories of Animals- We will accept Indoor Only (1) Pet Cat, but no pet Dogs. We will consider other types of small Pets legally sold within the State, $250 pet deposit required (limit one pet). Regarding Pets kept in Cages, Tanks/Aquariums (if less than 5 gallons in size, no deposit). We will require a photograph of the Pet, and animal has to be current on shots if applicable, etc. Companion, Support,, and Service Animals are not considered to be Pets, we will need a valid Doctor's Note or Certificate on such. As we consider the yard to be common area, you cannot maintain an animal on the exterior. Mandatory Renter's Insurance- We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $15 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15. The Property is Professionally Managed by American Capital Realty Group, Inc. (AMCAP) in Santa Ana, California . Please do not contact our Corporate Office, as rentals are not being handled by our Receptionist, but by Employee Managers assigned.
