The condo was completely renovated in March 2022! Enjoy the beautiful beach life with private & public beach access right across the street, a private community pool with ocean views and beach access, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and that fabulous beach weather. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes as nightlife and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away and host live music and great food! This little beach nugget is in an amazing location! You'll enjoy all the perks Panama City Beach has to offer as it's an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, ice cream and nightlife and a quick drive to local adventure and family fun parks, dolphin tours, golfing, fishing, and many other attractions! Please keep in mind, especially if you have light sleepers in your group, that the condo is in close proximity to nightlife and there may be nights when the music can be heard from the unit during the busy season. White noise machines are provided in each bedroom. All utilities and WiFi included! No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA regulations. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it is older and it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours. Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The owners are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. No parties are allowed. No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
