Rent Payment: Rent is due monthly, on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made via [preferred payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, Venmo, etc.]. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at signing. This is refundable upon move-out, subject to property condition. Utilities: Rent includes water, trash, electricity and gas. Tenants share responsibility for internet. Parking: Designated parking spots are available at no additional cost. Laundry: In-unit laundry machines are available for tenant use at no extra charge. Guest Policy: Overnight guests are allowed with prior notice and reasonable limits to maintain a comfortable living environment. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping their rooms clean.
