I am less than five miles from JBER and TIkahtnu Commons. The Carrs, Fred Meyer, and Walmart are all less than three miles away. I have a large back yard and a storage shed that is available if needed. The neighborhood is quite with good schools and a couple of parks close by. Tenant pays for electricity.
