Monthly Rate includes ALL utilities & a monthly housecleaning. This playful, peaceful home is a perfect balance to retreat, relax or entertain. All rooms have beautiful natural light and lots of plants! The artwork and design throughout the house hopes to invoke a sense of harmony & pleasure. The primary bedroom is created to feel TRANQUIL, a sanctuary space and for you to imagine what it would feel like sleeping on a cloud, clean & calming with a small attached bathroom with shower. This room has lots of floor space to workout, stretch, and meditate or just take a load off from the day. The second bedroom beckons JOY with art from all over the world, an eclectic record collection and an extensive library to stimulate all your senses. This bedroom is meant to be like a speakeasy with a luscious velvet pull-out sofa bed, black-out curtains for a perfect lounge space while you watch a flix on the 36" TV or put on a classic piece of vinyl. Next prepare for your SPA day, any day! The second bathroom has a DEEP 16" spa tub to fully soak as you escape from the day with ease & comfort, large rain-like shower head & strong water pressure. If you choose, a large apothecary jar holds epsom salts and aromatherapy oils to support a luxurious spa experience. The full kitchen is ready for entertaining with open shelving, barware, bakeware and vintage entertaining pieces. A kitchen table to host 6 comfortably next to another large window that welcomes an eastern view- prepare for morning coffee as you watch the sunrise or glass of wine in the moonlight. The main living room has large front windows, a La-Z-Boy couch inviting you to kick your shoes off, recline and cozy up with your favorite book or movie available on multiple streaming services with a 40" TV. Additionally, there is a front deck that holds garden boxes of fresh herbs and a sitting area looking up to Rocky Butte. At the back of the house there is a standing desk/workspace looking out to the backyard and a small pantry space is adjacent to the in-home washer/dryer. The incredibly private backyard has string lights, a large propane grill, small fire pit, multiple areas to lounge and enjoy being outside under a 100 year old oak tree, neighboring Douglas Fir and surrounded by lush garden beds. My hope is that you will treat my home with the same love & respect as I put into each detail as you enjoy your stay in Portland. Rate includes utilities & a monthly housecleaning. Rental terms are 4 months from December 7- end of March 2026. No cigarette smoking indoors, 420 friendly. No pets allowed. Monthly housecleaning service is included in rent.
