This is for unit 204 (2nd story in a 2 story complex) at 8641 Glenoaks Blvd in Sun Valley, SUPER close to Burbank and the 5 freeway. The unit has a balcony overlooking the lush grounds of the gated complex. It includes all major appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher), two wall a/c units, a gas powered wall heater, a washer/dryer combo in unit, two tandem and covered parking spots and a small storage shed. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi as well. I own the unit and will be renting the unit partially furnished, ideally (currently configured as a bedroom and an office). The unit is a little rough around the edges but very charming. I've been very happy living there for the last year and would like to find someone else who can appreciate it as much as I have. Two pets under 25 pounds will be considered but must be approved by me. This price does not include any utilities and there will be background and credit checks for potential renters (good credit is a must). First month's rent and security deposit will be due upon lease signing. I can generally do showings weekdays after 6 and on the weekends. 6 month lease at first and then month-to-month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except for cold water.
