The home is about 25 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from La Jolla Beach. It is close to major shopping and one of my favorite locations in San Diego for outdoor activity, Mission Trails. We do live in the front house so we know the community well. Also if there are any issues we are close by. This property is available for stays 30 plus days. Ideally looking for 3 months or more. The longer the stay, the more we are able to negotiate the lease terms. If multiple people are staying in the house we can add them to the lease, but will only accept one payment.
