The two-level home features an uncomplicated lower-level that opens the entire width, connecting to resort-style outdoor amenities; 12' x 50' lap pool, stainless steel spa, cedar cabana/arbor & sauna, expansive patios of granite pavers. Guest house features timeless contemporary styling, vaulted ceilings, LR with wide glass doors open to pool terrace and quiet 1BR/1BA on lower level.
