Exterior Features:This property is located in a very rural part of the county and is next to a large farm. There is a large shed that is on the property but not very functional. The grass is high and needs to be bush hogged, but other properties in the area are in the same condition. It is a blue farm home that had some broken widows that have now been secured.Interior Features:There are so many personal belongings in this home it is difficult to walk around without stepping on something. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a large couch stuffed in the hall way making it difficult to navigate. There are no appliances in the kitchen, nor did I see a air conditioning unit inside or out.
