A lease agreement will be signed. Please specify everyone included in your party when making a booking request, and we will direct you to an online application as soon as we've confirmed the dates work and the property is a fit. Let us know how many people will be staying, (adults/children/pets) and let us know any other questions you might have! **A refundable Security Deposit of $2400 plus first month's rent is required for move-in. The Security Deposit will be held for any additional cleaning needs and/or potential damages. It will be refunded within 15-30 days AFTER you vacate, and it can NOT be used for last month's rent.** PETS: We allow small dogs and NO CATS. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 due before move-in and a pet rent of $10/month. Service animals are allowed and will require an in-depth verification process. EMPLOYMENT: Must be employed with the same employer for the past 6 months. INCOME: Total combined monthly-NET income (after monthly expenses) needs to be over 2 times the total monthly rent, (i.e. if total rent is $2400/m X 2 = $4800 Net Income/per month). NO BANKRUPTCIES OR EVICTIONS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS, AND NO FELONIES. We will collect photo ID's, paycheck stubs, employment contact info for work verification, and past rental history contact info.
