Your accumulated gross income must equal 3 times the amount of rent.

Social Security card or Tax Identification Number for all applicants.
There is a $200 advance deposit fee to hold your apartment. (cashier's check or money order) This will need to be paid in person, prior to receiving a link to complete your application through Intellirent. Note: Upon approval, we will hold the apartment for 2 weeks. The $200 fee is non-refundable if you do not move in upon the agreed date and/or complete the online application within 48 hours. If your application is denied this fee is refundable. The refund check will be mailed to you from the Corporate Office and mailed to the address you list on your application.
$100,000 Renter insurance policy required upon move-in listing the property and L'Abri Management, Inc as additional insured. A copy must be provided to the manager prior to move-in.
We require our residents to have a positive rental history and at least one year of stable employment. If you have filed bankruptcy it needs to be "released" at least one year prior to application date and you must have established current credit. We do not rent to any applicant with an eviction or collection from an apartment community. No exceptions.
