It is a shared kitchen and you will be provided with your own refrigerator! This place is located in a nice and safe neighborhood with a park out front. We're 10 min away from the shopping center (Downey Promenade/Landing) and roughly 15-20 min away from CSULB. ** Deposit is first month and last month deposit.
