The home is clean and quiet, and has a deck and a patio. There are lots of trees in the area, and I have a potted vegetable garden on the deck. You will be only 8 minutes away from downtown Columbia and the Lakefront. This is a one-year lease. There are no additional fees. No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no overnight guests. Must be a clean and tidy person, and must clean up after yourself. The roommate is responsible for cleaning the bedroom at least once per week, including sweeping and mopping the floor. There is also a standard roommate agreement.
