The previous owners were Gerhard and Bambi Lipp, well known artists who were commissioned to paint many of the city buildings as well as some of the private residences in Midway. They painted the design above the cabinets so we wanted to leave it as it reflects the charm that Midway has. Swiss Oaks has an incredible facility with a clubhouse complete with banquet room, exercise room, indoor sauna, game room, a racquetball /basketball court with lighted tennis courts. HOA fee’s are $225 a month with a $250 transfer fee. For someone who is looking at buying this for a property, Swiss Oaks only allows long term rentals. This is not a weekend, holiday or special event rental. There is a lot of diversity with the different owner/ renters from young couples, single professionals, retirees as well as a few snowbirds who live here primarily late spring through fall.
