Weekly mowing is not necessary but we do ask for weeds to be kept under a foot in height and ideally out of the front yard. Please do not allow the yard to fall under disrepair and against Aurora health codes. No smoking inside the house but smoking outside on the property is ok. Pets are allowed and we accept all breeds. We do ask the pet to be well behaved. If you bring an additional pet onto the property without our prior approval or knowledge the pet deposit will be owed immediately. We also would note that Colorado gets very cold and when it freezes outside make sure the outside spigot is covered. We provide spigot covers so that pipes do not freeze.
