Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, and up to two dogs are allowed unless directly permitted otherwise. Guests must add pets to their reservation in advance. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if smoking is detected. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is not cleaned up. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST, with a $35 charge for every 30 minutes of unauthorized late checkout or early check-in.
