We live in a residential area so are looking for a couple, a family or a person that is respectful and wants to enjoy the beautiful city of Lake Havasu! Rent is $2,850/month + utilities. The lease agreement will be from February 1st, 2023 to January 31st, 2024 with an option to extend month to month. We request a one month deposit ($2,850) which will be given back if the home is kept in the condition it was received. If you are bringing a dog thre will be an additional $650 deposit which will be paid back at the end of your lease if the house is left in order. Monthly utilities will also be due with rent at the start of the month.
