There is no natural gas. 3,000 a month This home comes furnished with high end washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also, a hot tub that will be the responsiblity of the renter to keep up. No smoking of any kind inside the home. No overnight street parking but driveway holds 3 cars, 2 in garage and 2 if you use the RV parking. If your car leaks you are required to keep a pan under it. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are not to be removed and tenant is required to replace batteries. Yards must be kept well maintained and watered, there are sprinklers and a timer. If this is not upkept the price of a landscaper to maintain will be added to the montly rent. A returned check charge is $45.00 and a late fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent every five days until rent is paid. Tenant is responsible for small repairs of $100 dollars or less a month. Landlord carries a home warranty for plumbing and heating and a few other items. Renters required to have a renters insurance policy in place. A criminal and credit check will be run after application non-refundable fee of 50.00 per applicant 18 or over. Children 17 and under not needed. If they turn 18 after moving in they will not need to have a credit check. Renter is responsible for all utilities, trash, electric and water. Approximate costs are as follows; approximately 220 electric, 100 water/sewer and 30 trash. No gas in this home. Winter prices lower and summer prices a bit higher. 3000 first, 3000 last, 3000 deposit required to move in. Will do a 1- or 2-year lease. Owner/Landlord will consider breaking the lease if applicant gets relocated or desires to buy a home.
