This is rental ready with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from coffee cups to muffin tins. The closet stores extra blankets, pillows, along with books, magazines, and games for quiet evenings in. The resort has balconies on every level, with Adirondack chairs and another corner balcony overlooking the water just steps away from your door. The resort also includes on-site security, and check-in desk. You and your guests will certainly enjoy the crystal clear pool, snack bar with adult beverages, and a kiddie pool. There are grills and games located outside the pool deck. There is also a game room, a gym, and laundry on every other level. Additionally, beach chair service - two chairs and umbrella on the beach - has been paid in full for the months of March to October 2023. The unit rents through a rental company, you don’t even need to be in town to earn income! The HOA covers water, trash, grounds service, etc. You pay for the electricity and insurance on your unit.
