All rentals for less than 6 months add 7% Fl. State Short Term Rental sales tax. The security deposit is $1,500 and is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your rental. The security deposit is refundable less any damages within 14 days of your check-out date. The cleaning fee is $199. The pet fee is $179 ea. (Optional) Small dogs (up to 30 lbs.) are welcome. No more than 4 overnight persons are allowed on the premises at one time. Well-mannered larger dogs may be considered on case by case basis, pending approval by owner. Dog owners are responsible to clean up in the yard after their pet. Home is to be used as a private, single family residence and NOT for any business, profession, trade, or illegal activity of any kind. Renters and guests are aware of and accept and ASSUME ALL RISKS of harm. Cancellation policy: In the unlikely event of a Tenant cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the home at the same rate.
