The studio also has a window AC unit for summer as well as a central air vent, and a space heater for winter, since the thermostat is in the main house. Washer and Dryer are in the garage, accessible from separate entrance. Off street parking. My large lot backs up to railroad tracks. Some people love hearing the trains, others do not. I rarely notice the trains, but it's something to consider; otherwise a quiet neighborhood. Large garden/yard. Garden space is available if you are interested. Month to month rental agreement. Recommend using a squeegee on shower door and regular vacuuming. Since unit is attached to the main house, looking for a clean, quiet and respectful person.
