Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, this property is just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions. Windsor at Westside Resort offers first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The home is a self-catering property, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle to avoid fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
