I'm moving to NOVA for a new job and need someone to take over my last few months of lease. This re-let will include one bed, one bath (currently private as the room that shares it is currently vacant), and a shared kitchen and common room. Even though Campus Edge is already cheap at $379 for third floor, I will include other amenities to make your stay more comfortable: fully stocked bathroom, lamp, shoe rack, mattress pad, and gym membership. I will also offer to pay the monthly utility for the remaining lease. Further, the apartment has recently renovated all the apartments with more improvements to come. Currently there are two other girls living at the apartment with one cat and one dog. The girls are neat and kind and the pets are well behaved. At this time they are only looking for female roommates. However, smoking is allowed outside the common areas as well as more pets. If you have any further questions about the apartment or would like to set up a time to sign papers, contact me via email or text and I will be more than happy to help! I will handle utilities payments monthly and leave a stocked bathroom and certain other amenities for your comfort. No payment is due until your first full month of leasing. Until then, I will simply need to sign a paper with you to transfer the remaining lease to you. Lease is in effect until August 1st (last payment July 1st) and can be renewed as needed. Please be aware that there are 4 beds and 2 baths but only 1 bed and 1 bath are up for re-lease. There is 1 bed available for full lease through the apartment as well.
