There's a bedroom with walk-in closet and office upstairs in this condo with a full bathroom & whole loft, which is available for rent. Couple of storage places are also at your disposal, upstairs. Living room, Kitchen, Powder room and Laundry downstairs will be shared. You will have complete privacy upstairs. Owner lives 3-4 days per week in the bedroom depending on the work related meetings in Estes Park. Owner will communicate his presence by texting you in advance if & when he is there to stay. If there's only one person renting, the rent including the mentioned utilities will be $1,500/ month and one month rent will be the security deposit. If two persons are renting the room then it will be $1,800/month the mentioned utilities and one month rent will be the security deposit. This property is a non- smoking area and the one car parking is guaranteed in front of the attached garage. Additional car can be parked off-street in one of the available parking spaces. This lease remain month to month basis and rent will be paid on first of every month. Upon termination of this rental arrangement the security deposit will be refunded if there's no damage done to the rental ( both private upstairs & shared downstairs) space. Garage space can be negotiated for storage if renter has belongings that need additional storage.
